Skipper your own fishing, bird watching expedition, nature adventure or sightseeing cruise on the waterways of the Tweed, with a hire boat from Tweed River Boat Hire.

Have fun lazily floating along the waterways, while soaking up the majestic views of spectacular Mt Warning and the surrounding ranges, as you enjoy a BBQ.

Or you can cruise around and admire the waterfront lifestyles of us lucky locals! (Wave to a resident or two, they'll probably wave back - we're a friendly mob here).

Snorkelling gear is available to explore a nearby sunken cane barge, and observing the abundant marine life living on the wreck is loads of fun and an excellent adventure.

A day can be enjoyably spent meandering the natural waterways, exploring the untouched mangroves and islands of the river and Terranora Inlet, which are a haven for birds, fish, dolphins and other wildlife.

We often enjoy the company of the resident Tweed River dolphins which cruise around the jetties and enjoy the clear, calm, quiet waters around our business, while hand-feeding fish from the boat-shed is popular with both children and adults.
