Tweed River Boat Hire Company Policy
- You must be 18 yrs or over to Hire/Drive the boats.
- All Instructions, NSW Waterways Regulations & Navigation Limits must
be obeyed.
- The Hirer is Responsible for any Damage or Loss & Payment for Same.
- Please keep the Waterways Clean – You must use the bins provided.
Don’t throw Rubbish or Cigarette Butts overboard. A bin for Recycling
Glass and Plastic Bottles, Cans, Another for Rubbish.
- Please Do Not Use the Table as a cutting board - A bait board is
Provided.
- No Access to the Roof is Allowed.
- Please do Not Drive this boat onto any Rocky areas or ramps.
- No towing of Boogie Boards Etc.
- There is No Refund for Early Return of the Boat.
- Late Returns or Rescue Call out Will incur a Fee of No Less than
$50.00.
- Cancellations – A Refund of half of the deposit will be given if 7
Days notice is given. Less than 7 Days the full deposit is forfeited.
- If the Operators of Tweed River Boat Hire deem the conditions
unsatisfactory for boating on the day a full refund will be returned.
This decision will be made on the morning of the hire.
- The BBQ Boat is Licensed for Hire in the Daylight hours only.
- Don’t drink and drive!! – 0.05 Blood Alcohol limit applies.
- Hiring of this Boat is Undertaken at Your own Risk and No
Responsibility for Injury is accepted by the Management.
